This week - a quick summary...

It doesn't look like a very exciting week for DVD releases in the UK. Surprisingly, Paramount are the most prolific distributor this week with five new titles hitting the shelves: Barbarella, Chinatown, The First Wives Club, Star Trek: Generations and Witness.

A few Universal titles should also be hitting the shelves including Chubby Brown You Fat Bastard, El Cid, ID, To Die For, Walkabout and last (and most probably least) Michael Ball - Live at Royal Albert Hall!

Finally, VCI also have a few titles expected today - Kama Sutra: A Tale of Love, The Red Violin and Welcome to Sarajevo.

Oh, and I almost forgot - the oft-delayed Magnolia should finally be getting a release courtesy of Entertainment in Video...

I'd be grateful for any confirmations on the above titles - the Paramount releases are definitely on the shelves, but I haven't confirmed the rest yet.

We need your help

Running a website like The Digital Fix - especially one with over 20 years of content and an active community - costs lots of money and we need your help. As advertising income for independent sites continues to contract we are looking at other ways of supporting the site hosting and paying for content.

You can help us by using the links on The Digital Fix to buy your films, games and music and we ask that you try to avoid blocking our ads if you can. You can also help directly for just a few pennies per day via our Patreon - and you can even pay to have ads removed from the site entirely.
