The Wild Pear Tree trailer: Take a look at director Nuri Bilge Ceylan's new film ahead of its UK release

Since the release of Once Upon a Time in Anatolia in 2011, Turkish director Nuri Bilge Ceylan has established himself as one of the most highly respected directors in world cinema, his craft evolving film-by-film since his Small Town debut in 1998. The Wild Pear Tree (Ahlat Agaci) is being lauded as his best work to date in some quarters and it recently played at the London Film Festival to similar acclaim. It first appeared earlier this year at Cannes and is getting a surprisingly quick UK release at the end of November. Watch the trailer for The Wild Pear Tree above to get a first look.
