The Uninvited & Blood Rain in October

Palisades Tartan have announced the UK Region 2 DVD release of two Korean titles this October. Arriving on 5th October is The Uninvited followed at the end of the month by Blood Rain on 26th October 2009. Priced at £15.99 RRP, both titles were originally set to be released back in the summer of 2008 prior to Tartan going into administration. More details below…

The Uninvited - The debut feature from South Korean writer-director Lee Soo-youn, The Uninvited (aka "4 Inyong Shiktak") is a brooding, atmospheric supernatural thriller starring Park Shin-yang (The Big Swindle; White Valentine) and iconic Korean actress Jun Ji-hyun (Blood: The Last Vampire; My Sassy Girl; White Valentine).

Features include: trailer; 2.0 Dolby Digital, 5.1 Dolby Digital and 5.1 DTS Surround audio options; optional English subtitles.

Blood Rain - The second feature from Kim Dae-seung, the award-winning director of the 2001 romantic drama, "Bungee Jumping Of Their Own", Blood Rain is a grisly period detective thriller set in 19th century Korea starring Cha Seung-won (Eye For An Eye; Kick The Moon).

Features include: trailer; 2.0 Dolby Digital, 5.1 Dolby Digital and 5.1 DTS Surround audio options; optional English subtitles.
