The Prince and the Pauper (2007) (R1) in February

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment have announced the Region 1 DVD release of The Prince and the Pauper on 5th February 2008 priced at $19.95 SRP. Tom Canty is an average kid who longs to be an actor. Due to his outlandish behaviour, and his tendency to quote lines from his favourite plays, Tom is a bit misunderstood by his schoolmates as well as his grandfather. One afternoon, Tom sneaks onto the set of Teen Spy to meet his hero, Eddie Tudor. The two boys switch clothes, and lives, for the afternoon. But when the production suddenly moves to Miami, the boys are stuck in their assumed identities. As both boys struggle to get back to their lives, everyone involved learns a thing or two about being a family.
