The Diary of Ellen Rimbauer in March

Warner Home Video have announced the UK Region 2 DVD release of The Diary of Ellen Rimbauer for 14th March 2005 priced at £15.99. This prequel to the Emmy Award nominated miniseries Rose Red, produced by the unparalleled master of horror Stephen King, is based on the New York Times No.1 Best-selling Rose Red companion book by Ridley Pearson. Featuring a talented ensemble cast including British actor Steven Brand (The Scorpion King) and Kate Burton (First Wives Club, The Ice Storm) "Ellen" is an atmospheric period thriller that follows the genesis of the famous Seattle mansion in which several people disappeared. Adapted by Pearson and directed with delicate pacing by Craig Baxley, The Diary of Ellen Rimbauer is often as much a study in nuanced mannerisms as it is broad fright.

Presented in 1.33:1 Full Screen with Dolby 5.1 audio. No extra features have been announced.
