The 2018 London Film Festival adds three new exciting films to its schedule

With an already exciting list of films showing at this year's London Film Festival, the BFI today announced three more key titles that would be playing in October.

Jacques Audiard's dark comedic western The Sisters Brothers starring John C. Reilly, Joaquin Phoenix and Jake Gyllenhaal will be playing, while S. Craig Zahler's Dragged Across Concrete - featuring Mel Gibson and Vince Vaughn will also make an appearance.

Director Boot's Riley stated a couple of months ago that Sorry to Bother You would not be getting foreign distribution but the film is now set to make it's UK debut at the festival. The film stars Lakeith Stanfield and Tessa Thompson.

Maggie Gyllenhaal joins the Screen Talks roster alongside previously announced Keira Knightley, Alfonso Cuarón and Lee Chang-dong. Composer Clint Mansell and director Boots Riley are announced for LFF Connects, talks with artists working at the intersection of film and other creative industries, joining the previously announced David Hare and Simon Amstell.

To purchase tickets for these, or any other films playing at the festival, visit the BFI website to find out more and to see the full programme listing.

The 61st London Film Festival starts from Wednesday 5 October through to Sunday 15 October 2017.
