Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker Behind The Scenes feature suggests we could be seeing the return of another familiar face

A new behind the scenes featurette for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker was released yesterday and it's worth a watch, and one tiny blink-and-you-miss it moment suggests that we might well be returning to the moon of Endor to revisit the Ewoks.

The screen grab below, taken from 2:43 in the video shows Warwick Davis dressed in his Wicket outfit reaching for the head piece - and this isn't the young Warwick that last played the character in Return of the Jedi.

It's not a huge surprise that we'd be revisiting Endor - it was above this planet that we last saw Emperor Palpatine falling to his apparent death. If the sequel heroes are set to return to the wreckage of the second Death Star then it makes a lot of sense that it'll be here.

We don't have much longer to wait to find out just how big a role Wicket might play as Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker will be dropping out of lightspeed and into UK cinemas on 19th December...
