The Force is no longer strong with May.
Hot on the heels of the news that J.J. Abrams was to pick up directorial duties on Star Wars Episode IX, the official Star Wars Twitter account has now revealed that the new third film in the new trilogy will be delayed from it’s original May 2019 slot to 20th December 2019.
This suggests larger changes than just the director are afoot and the film, which has yet to enter production, will take longer than previously expected to realise.
