Slumdog Millionaire (R1/US BD) in March
Fox Home Entertainment have announced the US DVD and Blu-ray Disc release of Slumdog Millionaire on 31st March 2009. From director Danny Boyle, Slumdog Millionaire is the story of an 18 year-old orphan from the slums of Mumbai who finds himself just one question away from winning a life-changing 20 million rupees on India’s Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. Starring Dev Patel and Freida Pinto, the film cleaned up at this year’s Academy Awards taking home 8 awards including Best Picture and Best Director.
