Remember the Sega Master System?

The Master System, Sega's answer to the NES is now being given a new lease of life with the launch of the Dulux DVD Player (nothing to do with the lovely emulsions you can buy, I'm sure). This new player will play MP3s and Master System games that have been burned to a CD-ROM meaning that it's legality is somewhat questionable, but hey, since when has that bothered anyone?

Featuring 2 controller ports and the ability to, "play in Digital Surround Sound," (though quite how it manages that is open for debate), the unit will bring back all those great memories of old.

Available for $249.00 plus a mere $72 shipping you can buy one from Dulux DVD Player's webpage.

We need your help

Running a website like The Digital Fix - especially one with over 20 years of content and an active community - costs lots of money and we need your help. As advertising income for independent sites continues to contract we are looking at other ways of supporting the site hosting and paying for content.

You can help us by using the links on The Digital Fix to buy your films, games and music and we ask that you try to avoid blocking our ads if you can. You can also help directly for just a few pennies per day via our Patreon - and you can even pay to have ads removed from the site entirely.
