Sorry for the delay in getting this news to you, but I've only just been to the Grundig Webpage and seen it.
Grundig have just released details of their new budget player, the GDV 110. Expected to retail at around £250, according to HCCO, the unit is the first budget machine to feature Grundig's Virtual Surround. This technology provides a surround sound type experience without the need for additional speakers. The GDV 110 will play DVD video, Video CD, Audio CD, CD-R and CD-RW's as well as outputting Dolby Digital, DTS and MPEG-2 audio.
Next up is the very sexy GDV 200, a player that has won a number of design awards, and it's easy to see why. Offering all the functionality of its younger brother, it also includes a dual-laser pickup for optimised CD and DVD playback, and a learning remote. Expect to see this little beauty selling at around the £400 mark.
