Miss Americana trailer: A first look at Taylor Swift's Sundance-bound doc
As we're just about getting back into our routines post-Christmas, the Sundance Film Festival always suddenly appears to shake us out of our winter slumber. The festival kicks off tomorrow and runs through to February 2, where it will show 118 features (whittled down from the 3,853 submitted) from 27 countries. The Taylor Swift documentary, Miss Americana, will be one of the biggest premieres of the festival which takes place on opening night tomorrow. The Netflix release takes its name from a track from her 2019 album "Lover" and it charts her career so far. Watch the Miss Americana trailer above.
In this revealing documentary, Taylor Swift embraces her role as a songwriter and performer — and as a woman harnessing the full power of her voice.
Lana Wilson (After Tiller) is behind the camera and Swifties won't have to wait long to see Miss Americana as it lands on Netflix on January 31.
