Korean thriller 'H' in June

Tartan Video have announced the UK DVD release of Lee Jong-hyuk’s H for 27th June 2005 priced at £19.99. A serial killer has been murdering and mutilating young women and voluntarily hands himself into the cops with his final victim in his arms. A year later, the brutal killings continue and yet Shin Hyun remains in jail. But as the police investigate the copycat killings, they become convinced that Shin Hyun holds the key. More alarmingly, they suspect he might even be masterminded the murders from his cell. Their only clue to the killers’ identity is the letter ‘H’.

With shades of The Silence of the Lambs and Korea’s own Tell Me Something, Lee Jong-hyuk’s H is a dark thriller which is not for the squeamish, and hides a shock sting in its tale. Starring Jung ah-yum (A Tale of Two Sisters).
