Fast and Furious 7 to resume production in April

Universal Studios has announced that Fast and Furious 7 will resume production in April, after being on hiatus since the death of star Paul Walker in November 2013.

The forthcoming sequel was almost halfway complete when Walker died in a car crash in California, which subsequently led to a slightly later release date and script rewrites to retire Brian O'Conner, Walker's character.

It is reported that the shoot will last up to eight weeks and director James Wan will have almost a year to finish the film before its scheduled release on 10th April 2015.
