Fantastic Four's Michael B. Jordan to join Batman vs. Superman?

Chronicle star Michael B. Jordan may have signed up for the The Fantastic Four reboot but it is reported that he is dipping his toes into the competition, as he has apparently met with Man of Steel director Zach Snyder about appearing in its sequel.

According to reports, Snyder may be targeting Jordan after it was revealed that the production is asking for a "black actor in his early 20s who is physically fit." Add the fact that the director tends to target specific actors, rather than have open casting calls, and you have a cat among the pigeons.

Though nothing has been set in stone, it could mean the Marvel vs. DC rivalry has kicked up a notch...

Batman vs. Superman is scheduled for release on 6th May 2016, starring Ben Affleck, Jesse Eisenberg and Jeremy Irons.
