Major Barbara - Originally released in 1941, this screen adaptation of George Bernard Shaw’s satirical comedy about wealth and poverty features a fine cast inclugin a young Deborah Kerr in her first movie.

Pygmalion - Later adapted as My Fair Lady George Bernard Shaw’s comedy of manners, Pygmalion is given its first screen outing in this 1938 production. Nominated for four Oscars, Shaw himself was one of the recipients of the award for best screenplay.
