22 July trailer: Paul Greengrass' Netflix film gets its first trailer

The tragedy that took place in Oslo, Norway back in 2011 has already been put to film in the Norwegian drama U – July 22 (Utøya 22. juli) which will be playing at this year's London Film Festival. Paul Greengrass' new film, 22 July also focuses on the same event and will be landing on Netflix in October. The first trailer for 22 July has been released and you can see it above right now.

The true story of the aftermath of Norway's deadliest terrorist attack. On 22 July 2011, 77 people were killed when a far-right extremist detonated a car bomb in Oslo before carrying out a mass shooting at a leadership camp for teens. 22 July uses the lens of one survivor's physical and emotional journey to portray the country's path to healing and reconciliation.

The good news is Greengrass is using a Norwegian cast for the film which features Thorbjørn Harr, Anders Danielsen Lie and Jon Øigarden.

22 July arrives on Netflix on October 10th 2018.
