101 Dalmatians R2 Platinum Edition in March

Buena Vista Home Entertainment have announced the UK Region 2 DVD release of 101 Dalmatians (Platinum Edition) on 3rd March 2008. Beloved characters Pongo, Perdita, and their 99 puppies struggle against the evil Cruella De Vill in the next Walt Disney classic to receive the Platinum Edition treatment. Restored with enhanced picture and sound 101 Dalmatians also features a wide range of bonus features, though the UK announcement only mentions the Virtual Dalmation feature, a Cruella de Vil feature and records of the correspondence between Walt Disney and 101 Dalmatians' author, Dodie Smith.
