The full line-up for Cannes Film Festival 2018 announced

The full line-up for the 2018 Cannes Film Festival was released a short time ago, confirming the opening film and the 17 others competing for this years Palme d'Or.

The past week has hardly been the ideal run-up for the Festival de Cannes as they became involved in a very public argument with Netflix, leading to the streaming company pulling their five films from the festival yesterday. Where this places both parties in the future remains to be seen, although Netflix are clearly in the ascendency as their global reach continues to grow.

Cannes runs from the 8-19th May 2018.
