'Independence Day' star James Rebhorn passes away at 65
Actor James Rebhorn, known for his supporting roles in films My Cousin Vinny, Independence Day and more recently, TV drama Homeland, passed away on Friday at the age of 65 years old.
The actor died from melanoma, which he was diagnosed with 1992, and had been receiving hospice care for a week and half at his New Jersey home before his death.
His career spanned almost fifty years, appearing in over 100 films, plays and television series.
He is survived by his wife Rebecca Linn Reborn and their daughters Emma and Hannah.
