Ice Age 4 and The Watch in December

Fox have two big releases next month starting off with the latest in the Ice Age series, Ice Age 4: Continental Drift on 10 December 2012. Manny, Sid, and Diego are back for a new adventure involving long-lost grannies, pirates and an ever-changing landscape.

The Blu-ray and Blu-ray 3D editions boast a selection of family friendly extras including "Party with a Pirate" - an interactive mode in which the Pirate Squint will guide viewers through the Blu-ray menus and even ride along for some added swashbuckling entertainment during the film. Later in the month on 26 December there is The Watch - a US comedy which sees big names such as Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn joined by Brit favourite Richard Ayoade. Along with Jonah Hill they form a suburban neighbourhood watch group that finds itself up against an alien invasion. Extras on both DVD and Blu-ray include 12 Deleted Scenes, Gag Reel, 2 featurettes ("Alien Invasions and You" and "Casting the Alien") and the Theatrical Trailer. The Blu-ray also gets an additional featurette ("Watchmakers") and a reel of Jonah Hill Alternate Takes.
