The Red Riding Trilogy (R2) in April

Optimum Home Entertainment have announced the UK Region 2 DVD release of The Red Riding Trilogy on 13th April 2009 priced at £29.99 RRP. Adapted for the screen by Tony Grisoni (Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas, Tideland) from David Peace's series of novels, Red Riding is a trilogy of interlinking films that follows controversial stories revolving around the manhunt for the brutal Yorkshire Ripper. The films are from different directors: 1974 is directed by Julian Jarrold (Brideshead Revisited), 1980 by James Marsh (Man on Wire) and 1983 by Anand Tucker (Hilary & Jackie).
