Rush Hour 1 & 2 Special Editions (R1) in May

New Line Home Entertainment have announced the Region 1 Special Edition DVD releases of Rush Hour and Rush Hour 2 on 22nd May 2007. With the third in the hit franchise starring Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker due to arrive in cinema screens around the world this summer New Line have gone back to the originals and are releasing them with new material priced at $14.97 SRP each.

Both films will include a brand new, different sneak peek of Rush Hour 3, which features never-before-seen, behind-the-scenes footage and all-new interviews with the cast. Additionally, the Rush Hour DVD will feature all new digitally remastered picture and sound and the original Platinum Series bonus material (including director’s commentary, deleted scenes, documentaries and more). The Rush Hour 2 DVD will feature all new digitally remastered picture and the original infinifilm bonus material (including music videos, deleted scenes, featurettes and more).
