March 2004 big releases - The Italian Job, Once Upon a Time in Mexico & Spy Kids 3D: Game Over

A look ahead to March 2004 - the following is not press release material, so we do not have the full confirmed specs, but we can bring you some solid information at this point. More details, and artwork, to follow.

Paramount Home Entertainment have announced the release of F. Gary Gray's remake of action thriller The Italian Job for 8 March 2004, starring Mark Wahlberg, Ed Norton, Charlize Theron and Jason Statham. Details so far state that the film will be presented in 2.35:1 anamorphic widescreen, have a Dolby Digital 5.1 (English) soundtrack and its RRP will be £19.99.

After a master thief loses his heist in a double-cross, he and his team set out to re-steal the loot - by creating the largest traffic jam in LA history!

Columbia Tristar Home Entertainment have announced the release of the concluding chapter to Robert Rodriguez's El Mariachi trilogy, Once Upon a Time in Mexico, for 8 March 2004.

The saga continues as the Mariachi (Banderas) makes his way across a rugged landscape on the trail of Barrillo (Willem Dafoe), who is planning a coup against the Mexican president. Enlisted by corrupt CIA agent Sands (Johnny Depp), the Mariachi demands retribution, and the adventure begins!

The RRP will be £19.99. It will carry the following features:

    Buena Vista Home Entertainment have announced the release of another concluding chapter in another Robert Rodriguez trilogy, this time it's Spy Kids 3D: Game Over. Set to arrive on 22 March 2004, we currently have no details aside from the fact that it will be presented in anamorphic widescreen and have an RRP of £19.99.

    Carmen is caught in a virtual reality game designed by the Kids' new nemesis, the Toymaker (Stallone). It's up to Juni to save his sister, and ultimately the world!
