John Wayne Double Features - Cancelled

Paramount Home Entertainment have announced the Region 1 DVD release of three John Wayne Double Features for
Wake of the Red Witch/Night Riders (Double Feature)
Wake of the Red Witch - Captain Ralls (John Wayne) fights Dutch shipping magnate Mayrant Sidneye (Luther Adler) for the woman he loves, Angelique Desaix (Gail Russell), and for a fortune in gold aboard the Red Witch.
Night Riders - Hazleton (Walter Wills) forges a Spanish land grant and then gets card cheat Talbot (George Douglas) to pose as the owner Don Luis. When the court rules it authentic, they start to kick the ranchers off the land. The Three Mesquiteers (John Wayne, Ray Corrigan, Max Terhune) are included and fight back as the mysterious Night Riders. When Stony (John Wayne) meets Don Luis he remembers him as the card sharp and sets out to prove him a fake.
New Frontier (1935)/New Frontier (1939) (Double Feature)
New Frontier (1935) - In 1889 pioneers race ahead of the law to claim free land in Oklahoma, forming wide-open towns. In one such, citizens elect Milt Dawson (Sam Flint) to challenge the self-appointed rule of gambler Ace Holmes (Warner Richmond), only to have him shot in the back. But leading the next batch of settlers is Milt's quick-on-the-draw son John (John Wayne), who gets help from friendly outlaws.
New Frontier (1939) - When the New Hope Valley ranchers (the 3 Mesquiteers) learn their land has been condemned for construction of a new dam, they decide to fight. When they delay the construction, Proctor suggests they relocate in a desert valley that will be irrigated by a new pipeline. The dam is then completed but when the Mesquiteers (John Wayne, Ray Corrigan, Raymond Hatton) check on the site, they see there was no intention of building a pipeline.
Red River Range/Three Texas Steers (Double Feature)
Red River Range - The Cattlemen's Association has called in the Mesquiteers (John Wayne, Ray Corrigan, Max Terhune) to find cattle rustlers. They get Tex Riley (Kirby Grant) to pose as Stony (John Wayne) so Stony can arrive posing as a wanted outlaw. This gets Stony into the gang of rustlers and he alerts Tucson (Ray Corrigan) and Lullaby (Max Terhune) as to the next raid. But Hartley (Perry Ivins) is on hand and unknown to anyone is the rustler's boss and he joins the posse with a plan that will do away with the Mesquiteers.
Three Texas Steers - Nancy Evans (Carole Landis), lovely circus owner, has a ranch that she's never visited, but for sentimental reasons won't sell to Mike Abbott. Her partners, secretly in league with Abbott, sabotage the circus to force Nancy to sell the ranch; instead, she goes there to live. Will her neighbors, the Three Mesquiteers (John Wayne, Ray Corrigan, Max Terhune), be a match for the secret swindlers? And what's so valuable about that run-down ranch anyway?
All are barebones releases presenting the films in their original Full Screen format with English Mono and English subtitles.
