Below we have a round-up of mostly straight-to-video Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Region 1 DVD releases coming your way through late-February, March and April 2006. All are barebones releases…

25th April 2006:

The Detonator - $26.96 SRP - This explosive action-packed thriller stars Wesley Snipes as CIA agent Sonni Griffith. Ordered to escort a Russian woman to the U.S. and to keep her safe from the angry arms dealer who are in hot pursuit of her, Griffith (Snipes) must also uncover the leak within the CIA which is leading the well-armed mercenaries directly to them.

11th April 2006:

The Dark - $24.96 SRP - In the tradition of The Ring comes this frightening psychological thriller starring Sean Bean and Maria Bello star in this psychological thriller about a young couple whose daughter vanishes into the ocean. The same evening that their daughter disappears, a seemingly harmless girl who bears a striking resemblance to their missing daughter appears at their farmhouse.

28th March 2006:

The Left Behind DVD Collection - $33.95 SRP – Includes Left Behind: The Movie, Left Behind II: Tribulation Force and Left Behind: World at War, a trilogy of movies that delve into the mysteries found in The Book of Revelation.

21st March 2006:

The Confessor - $24.96 SRP – In the psychological drama The Confessor, a worldly priest (Christian Slater) is forced to challenge his comfortable existence as an ecclesiastical spin-doctor when he comes to believe in the innocence of a young priest accused of murder.

Ring Around The Rosie - $24.96 SRP - Ring Around the Rosie is a supernatural thriller about a woman (Gina Philips, Jeepers Creepers) who travels to the family estate and finds herself condemned to a house with buried secrets from the past terrorizing and haunting her present.

14th March 2006:

Chasing Ghosts - $24.96 SRP - In this mysterious film noir thriller, a serial killer targeting the city's mobsters taunts police with clues and photos left behind at the crime scenes. A veteran cop (Michael Madsen) takes on a rookie partner hoping to crack one last case before retiring. 7th March 2006:
