Controversial Apex Player to Hit UK

I've just had word of a new multi-region, multi-purpose DVD player due to hit the streets this week. The Apex AD-600A will play your DVDs (all regions), CDs, CDRs, CDRWs and MP3 compilation CDs straight from the box.

The machine also comes complete with a built in NTSC/PAL converter to allow your Region 1 DVDs to be played on old PAL only TV sets and multiple connectivity options including S-Video, component video out and two microphone inputs for kareoke functions. There is also talk of a widely publicised secret menu which allows users to disable both Macrovision and even CSS!

Along with all of the above, the machine is both Dolby Digital and DTS capable.

The machine will retail at a price of less than £300 and can be purchased exclusively from Ionark. The machine is not yet available on the site, but, as mentioned earlier, will be in stock later this week.
