This is a bit of an odd one for us as we don't usually cover video games, but after a nice chat with a lady from the PR company this morning I agreed to run something on the site. Disney Interactive and Squaresoft have announced the Playstation 2 release of Kingdom Hearts, an 'epic adventure and role playing game'.
The game has been two years in the making, and has been worked on by over 100 of Square and Disney's most creative talent. The game also features a voice cast that would be the envy of many a Hollywood film including Haley Joel Osment (The Sixth Sense), David Gallagher (7th Heaven), Hayden Panetteire (Ally McBeal), Sean Astin (Lord of the Rings), Lance Bass (N*Sync 'singer'), David Boreanaz (Angel), Mandy Moore (A Walk To Remember) and Billy Zane (Titanic).
Kingdom Hearts is available to buy in the UK from 22 November.
As a side note, we'd be interested to know if you, our readers, would be interested in more gaming news and features on the site. They're not really part of our immediate domain, but if the interest is there we'd consider expanding our coverage.
