Hong Kong Legends release schedule update

Since our last update Hong Kong Legends have, like many studios at this time of year, changed their release schedule slightly. The line-up for the rest of the year now looks like this...

November 11th 2002 - Jet Li - Once Upon a Time Trilogy - £29.99 RRP

This is the first box set from Hong Kong Legends that will be available to buy at any retail outlet. The set combines the three Once Upon A Time in China films that are already available on DVD via Hong Kong Legends in to a single set at an attractive price. All three films are presented in Anamorphic Widescreen with Cantonese and English DD5.1 Audio with optional English subtitles. The extra features found on each film are as follows...

Something we should point out is that the Hong Kong Legends website still lists Project A Part 2 for a November 11th release, whereas our Press information and a news story on the Hong Kong Legends website states it has been delayed for a January release (most likely to tie in with the theatrical release of Jackie's latest, The Tuxedo).

Also taken from the same news story on the official Hong Kong Legends website are some preliminary release dates for the new year...

February 2003 - Dragon From Russia and Bichunmoo (2 Disc Special Edition)
March 2003 - Crime Story

It should be interesting to see how Hong Kong Legends plan to market their first Korean movie (Bichunmoo), while they are also currently working on their next Korean release Musa - The Warrior Princess.
