Stuber trailer: Kumail Nanjiani is trapped in an Uber ride from hell with Dave Bautista

As we saw last week with the trailer for My Spy, Dave Bautista is moving away from the expected action films into more comedic-based roles. Stuber pairs him with Kumail Nanjiani in a story that looks like a riff on the Collateral idea. It has picked up mixed reviews so far but going by the trailer it does look like a lot of fun. Hopefully they haven't put together all of the best jokes and left nothing behind for the actual film. Take a look for yourself and watch the Stuber trailer above.

When a mild-mannered Uber driver named Stu (Nanjiani) picks up a passenger who turns out to be a cop (Bautista) hot on the trail of a brutal killer, he’s thrust into a harrowing ordeal where he desperately tries to hold onto his wits, his life, and his five-star rating.

Michael Dowse (Goon) directs, with the rest of the cast featuring Iko Uwais, Morales, Jimmy Tatro, Mira Sorvino and Karen Gillan.

Stuber hits UK cinemas on July 12th.
