Star Wars Episode VII has a title

Now that Star Wars: Episode VII has wrapped filming and entered post-production, it seems fitting that Disney have picked today to announce the film's official title...

Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It's already causing plenty of debate online with fandom split down the middle - no-one seems to love it but no-one seems to hate it either, so at the very least it doesn't seem to be causing the same sorts of negative feelings as Attack of the Clones did when that had its announcement.

Our view - it's a pretty middle of the road title and one that doesn't really engender huge amounts of excitement. We're still pretty confident that J.J.Abrams film will blow the prequel trilogy away though.
