Origin: Spirits of the Past - In Cinemas on 12th July

Receiving a limited UK theatrical release from 12th July 2008 is Origin: Spirits of the Past, the first full-length animated feature film made by Studio Gonzo, the Japanese anime studio responsible for the likes of Full Metal Panic, Final Fantasy: Unlimited, Hellsing and She, The Ultimate Weapon.

Directed by Keiichi Sugiyama (Neon Genesis Evangelion), the film is part futuristic sci-fi fairy tale, part eco-adventure that utilises 3-D CGI and traditional 2-D animation styles.
